A family owned company established in 1973 and based in Quercy,
near Rocamadour and Padirac.

Bernadette and Jean Pierre Bayle sell their gastronomic specialities directly to the public, to the exclusion of all other distribution channels.

Our preserved and semi-preserved products are EU approved and guaranteed to be made from fattened geese and ducks fed on corn and originating from the South West of France.
